Superb Aparthotel! My husband booked for one night for our anniversary. We arrived before our check in time and Max at reception happily took care of our luggage whilst we took a stroll around the city. This was a great way to see the city and plan our day ahead. The aparthotel is perfectly located, nestled between the St Anns Church and the Barton Arcade, which has a lovely selection of boutique shops. When we came back we checked in, and were given a introduction around the apartment, soon as we saw our apartment we were amazed, the décor is incredible, the view was over looking the square, the kitchen and living area was very spacious, and I fell in love with the walk in wardrobe. Whilst getting ready to go out for a meal and the theatre, which is literally opposite our aparthotel, we were given a complimentary bottle of wine, which was a lovely surprise. The next morning my husband made the coffees from the ipad app, which I couldn’t believe. I must say this is the best apart-hotel we have both ever stayed at, the staff went the extra mile to make our night truly special. This place is fantastic value for money. I cannot thank Max and the staff enough for the hospitality. We both most definitely will be back in the near future and also be bringing our friends many thanks Christine

Spent here over the weekend and I must say this place is marvellous with excellent services and extras. The heart of manchester and made me feel like I never want to leave. Place came with free wifi, iPads on the walls, Room service out of the world when you need something. It's s new place and hope to keep it. I really enjoyed my stay, it really can't get better than this also if it was anywhere I would of recommended this place definitely for its comforts, service, Area, also worth your stay in manchester.

This place is perfect, in the heart of Manchester where shops, restaurants and bars are walking distance away. The rooms are lovely and the service is superb. Fantastic views of the square. I will definitely visit here again. In my view it's the only place to stay in Manchester.

This place is unbelievable, location, quality , value for money, this ticks every box. 100% will stay here the next time I'm in Manchester. The rooms are stunning, the bars and restaurants near bar are lovely, and if your in town to shop / work this is the place for you.

Stayed here over the new year. Lovely location, it truly is the city centre. The apartments are very plush with high quality appliances. The bed was very comfortable and the service was great; I asked for extra towels and the guy was happy to please.

I stayed in the Emerald Suite over the weekend. We had previously booked just the one night however they accommodated the extra nights stay without any fuss. When we arrived there were lots of treats waiting in our apartment and we were very much looked after by Max. Max told us about the local area and all the good places to go. The standard of service was very high, the staff even went to get us alcohol and cigarettes and were all very pleasant. We wasnt disturbed during any of our stay at the apartment, providing a relaxed feel to our stay. We will be returning on our next trip to Manchester and would recommend you do too.

My partner and I stayed in St Anns Square Apartments on a Thursday night after visiting Manchester for a concert. The location was perfect, right in the centre of the city but also on a pedestrianised square so no noise from traffic which is nice in the centre of a town. We were greeted by Max who was very friendly, he gave us our key and explained how everything worked. Inside the building everything looks clean and modern. Our apartment was on the first floor so not too many stairs (there was also a lift for people who need it). Our apartment was a 1 bedroom but very spacious and the decoration was really nice in each room. The living area literally had everything we needed, coffee machine, cooker, fridge, washer, big TV, free wifi. The bedroom was lovely (good mattresses which makes a real difference) and even the bathrooms were nicely decorated and finished. I normally have a few criticisms when I stay places but it was difficult to find anything wrong with the stay here. Everything is clean, modern, open plan and quite luxurious. In hindsight I would have liked a view over the Square, but I was aware our specific apartment was at the back of the building and didn't have this when I booked. All in all a really nice stay. (There is also a concierge service but we didn't take advantage of this as we had already planned out our whole visit but I'm sure this may be useful to some people)
